RMA has roots dating back to the 1980s, when the practice was originally formed as Practice Management Services, Inc. In 2014, RMA was created as a novel organization bringing together successful business and physician executives into a cohesive, forward-thinking partnership. Since then, RMA has expanded its core focus but never veered from its anesthesia expertise.

 

Anesthesia delivery and its support functions require specialty-specific expertise. Based out of the Research Triangle Park, NC, RMA fully recognizes that anesthesia delivery must satisfy the patient, surgeon, and facility leadership to realize the highest levels of success. We provide laser-focused, anesthesia-specific RCM functionality that enables us to partner seamlessly within your organizational structure. RMA focuses on building lasting partnerships that smoothly integrate into and from existing management structures.

We possess wide-ranging expertise in tackling complex operational challenges, delivering increased revenue cycle functionality, and performing data analytics. Our team’s backgrounds cover the gamut of healthcare leadership roles and experiences. Our leadership team is comprised of both practicing physicians and business executives. Each has previously served in various perioperative leadership roles and senior RCM positions.
